Brazil star Kaka reportedly walked out on training following a bust-up with team-mate Felipe Melo.

Kaka, who has only just returned to training following an injury, was furious with a heavy challenge made by Melo that left him on the ground.

Reports claim Brazil’s backroom staff had to intervene to calm the situation.

Ladbrokes are offering 66/1 on Kaka winning the Golden Boot and Brazil winning the World Cup this summer.

Team-mate Luis Fabiano is 22/1, while Nilmar is 50/1 and Robinho 80/1.
