Jenningsbet offer 3/1 on Wayne Rooney drawing a blank at World Cup

After failing to score in his eighth game in a row for England, JenningsBet is offering 3/1 that Wayne Rooney will fail to find the net at the World Cup.

However, England fans should not be too despondent as he is 6/4 to score between three or four.
