Germany defender Andreas Beck was the odd man out on deadline day for announcing World Cup squads.
Hoffenheim full-back Beck, 23, was the last player to be cut as coach Joachim Loew confirmed his 23-man party that will head to South Africa.
Loew told FIFA.com: “Of course it is disappointing for Beck.
“He has given a lot into our training camps and has always behaved fairly and correctly. He said a few words to the rest of the team at our meeting and they applauded him for that."
Loew’s preparations have been hampered by injury, with Rene Adler, Heiko Westermann, Simon Rolfes, Michael Ballack and Christian Traesch all ruled out.
