Holland winger Arjen Robben could make his return in Thursday’s clash with Cameroon.
Robben has not played since sustaining a small tear in his hamstring during a warm-up match for the World Cup, sitting out the wins over Denmark and Japan that confirmed the Oranje’s place in the last 16.
Coach Bert van Marwijk has said he will let Robben decide if he wanted to feature in the dead rubber against the Africans this week.
And Robben revealed: “These last few days I have trained normally without any problems. Now I feel like I need to play a game to rediscover my rhythm.”
Paddy Power are currently offering odds of 12/1 on Robben opening the scoring against Cameroon, with the winger 12/5 (SkyBet) to score at anytime.
