Holland winger Arjen Robben remains hopeful of playing at the World Cup despite sustaining an injury in Saturday's friendly against Hungary.
Robben, on as a half-time substitute, netted twice as the Dutch romped to a 6-1 victory, but was forced off five minutes from time after suffering a small tear in his left hamstring.
However, the Bayern Munich star is not about to give up on featuring in South Africa.
Robben told the Express: “If I just let it heal then I’m back on the field in four to six weeks, but we don’t have so much time.
“Physiotherapist Dick van Toorn is going to help ne. We’re going to work incredibly hard. I’m going to fight until I drop.
“The last 24 hours I have had so much support from all the people around me and that had a positive effect on me.”
Holland are 10/1 with Bet365, totesport, Boylesports, Coral, extrabet and William Hill to win the World Cup this summer.
