Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood insists the club are not interested in selling Cesc Fabregas to Barcelona.
The 23-year-old midfielder, who is part of a Spain World Cup squad that can be backed at 7/2 with Blue Square to lift the Jules Rimet Trophy, has publicly admitted a desire to one day return to the La Liga giants, where he began his career in the youth academy.
It is now being reported that Fabregas has told the Gunners he wishes to make the move this summer, but Hill-Wood insists the player is not for sale.
He told the Daily Star: “We are not remotely interested in selling Cesc.”
