Argentina coach Diego Maradona is without doubt the most colourful character at this year’s World Cup in South Africa.

Maradona has courted controversy throughout his career, and William Hill believe his footballing faux-pas will continue at this year’s World Cup.

The bookies have created a list of "Mad-adona" specials – including odds of 6-1 for him to be sent off during a World Cup match.

The flawed genius has also promised to run through the streets Buenos Aires naked if Argentina win the World Cup, and Hills are offering odds of just 10-1 for him to shed his clothes on his return to the Argentine capital.

William Hill’s spokesman Tony Kenny said “Maradona is no stranger to controversy on and off the pitch, and he’s likely to do anything at this year’s World Cup.”

10-1  Maradona to run through Buenos Aires naked after Argentina win the World Cup
20-1  Maradona to assault a member of the media during the World Cup
20-1  Maradona to get in a fist fight with one of his own players during the World Cup (Does not include play fighting)
25-1  Maradona to resign as Argentina coach while they are still in the World Cup
25-1  Maradona to be arrested for any reason during the World Cup
50-1  Maradona to be banned by FIFA for smoking a Cuban cigar on the touchline
