Klaas-Jan Huntelaar's late strike ensured Holland completed a perfect group stage performance with a 2-1 win over Cameroon.

Robin van Persie raced on to a neat throughball to fire the Dutch ahead on 36 minutes, but they were pegged back 20 minutes into the second half.

Rafael van der Vaart handled Geremi's free-kick and Samuel Eto'o stepped up to convert the resulting penalty.

Arjen Robben made his long-awaited first appearance at the tournament following a hamstring injury, but was denied a stunning goal when his long-range drive crashed off the post seven minutes from time.

However, Huntelaar reacted quickest to slot home the rebound to make it three wins from three, and leave Cameroon pointless after their three games in Group E.
